Breakfast - Coffee, water, pills and oatmealSnack - water and almonds
Lunch - romaine letuce, cucumber, tomatos and chicken with italian dressing. Pills and water
Snack - nuts and dried cranberries with water
Dinner - Breakfast Burito, water and pills
Ingrediends:
Steak, egg, potatos, green pepers, onion, my slasa, pinch of cheese
Excersise - 45 min of walking and cleaned house.
