Morning Tea - Rolled oats with yogurt, rasberries and coffe with water and pills
Snack - Almonds and water
Lunch - 2 Salmon avacado rolls with wasabi and soy sauce
Snack - Peach
Evening Tea - Chicken salad with italian dressing and water with pills
Snack - Scoop of gelitivo
Today I did a lot of walking and heating and stretching my back
