Lunch- turkey, sweet potato, pumpkin , pills & water

Snack- carrot

Dinner- steak, 1spoonful of sweet potato,pumpkin squash & cauliflower mix. Water pills
Sipping glass of scotch

Snack- 6 raw almonds
