Lunch - 2 Salmon avacado rolls with wasabi and soy sauce
Snack - Peach
Evening Tea - Chicken salad with italian dressing and water with pills
Snack - Scoop of gelitivo
Today I did a lot of walking and heating and stretching my back

Breakfast - Oatmeal, raspberries, yogurt, water and pills
Snack - Popcorn
Lunch - 2 enchiladas, water and pills
Snack - almonds w/dried cranberries
Dinner - meat sauce with broccoli, water, one slice garlic bread and pills
Snack - gelativo tropical fruit
Exercise kits of walking

Breakfast- Oatmeal w/yogurt and coffee, water and pills
Lunch - 2 Eggs on toast w/slice of tasty, watermelon, chips & salsa, water and pills
Road a bike

Breakfast- mangos drink (fresh) oatmeal, pills and water
Lunch- 1/2 bowl of chili with corn chips, pills, water and a coke
Dinner- salad, 100 grams of Blah Blah noodles 4grams fat per 100 grams vegetarian, water and pills
Desert- small slice of cheesecake
Snack- apple and sorbet
