Lunch; roast beef sandwich, cheese, spinach, mushroom,cucmber ,tomato, and skinny cappachino

Snack; peaces

Dinner; Salad letuce tomato cucmber and guacamole with corn chips, and asparagus yum, orange mango water

Drawing before and after lunch learning rotation of left eye.  need break so going swimming  :-)

Saint pattys day

Breakfast - coffee, pills and water with a breakfast burrito with potato onion garlic cilantro tomato salsa and cheese with 2 eggs in side it.

Lunch - shake and pills

Dinner - 1 1/2 burger with cheese lettuce tomato pickle and bbq'd sauce. Chips n salsa. 2 red Wine and 2 brews

Lunch - romaine letuce, cucumber, tomatos and chicken with italian dressing. Pills and water

Snack - nuts and dried cranberries with water

Dinner - Breakfast Burito, water and pills
   Ingrediends: 
             Steak, egg, potatos, green pepers, onion, my slasa, pinch of cheese

Excersise - 45 min of walking and cleaned house.
