Lunch- 1/2 bowl of chili with corn chips, pills, water and a coke

Dinner- salad, 100 grams of Blah Blah noodles 4grams fat per 100 grams vegetarian, water and pills

Desert- small slice of cheesecake

Snack- apple and sorbet
